Herzliya
This small, picturesque city of Israel is located between the two resorts of Israel's Mediterranean - Tel Aviv and Netanya. Today, it is probably one of the best places in Israel for those who prefer a comfortable and nesuetlivy rest, likes to spend most of the day at the beach and appreciate good service.
The city has very little history, founded in the twenties of the last century, but, as in most Israeli cities, there once lived completely different peoples, and to this day near the city are ancient monuments to their presence in the Mediterranean: the ruins of the Hellenistic settlement Mahmisha and City Crusaders - Arsura.
Perhaps the main pride of Herzliya - 6 luxurious beaches, which represent a model of comfort and respectability. Cleanliness, the Mediterranean, mild climate and comfort in any small things (such as waiters and all the beaches) - this is what you need for a perfect beach holiday! In addition, you can find numerous yacht clubs and diversify the rest fascinating walks by the sea.
The city is divided into two parts - Herzliya Herzliya and pita bread. The second part is considered one of the richest and most elite residential areas in Israel, here you can see large-scale enterprises, firms, and luxury homes. Therefore, even the most discerning guests will be pleased with chic shops and restaurants.
By the way, the entire coast of Herzliya, is full of a wide variety of cafes and restaurants which are famous for amazing menu, especially the fish dishes - any traveler should definitely try one of the institutions of national cuisine.
