Metula

City Metula.

Metula - the northernmost city in Israel, a quiet and calm place in the middle of the mountain ranges overlooking the Mount Hermon and the green landscapes of the Galilee. This quiet town, located almost directly on the border with Lebanon, attracts a large number of tourists and people who want to spend your holiday, its historical and natural attractions that the region is famous. Metula was founded in 1896 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild as the agricultural community Colony.
